Cancellation Policies:
Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund
Cancellations received from 7 to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.
Any cancellations less than 7 days in advance will forfeit deposit, unless other arrangements have been made.

Daily Rates:
The Main House Suites are $115.00 to $135.00 USD
plus tax.
Breakfast is included

The Cottage is $135.00 USD
plus tax
Breakfast is extra.

The Condo is $145.00 USD
plus tax.
Free Coffee Tea and Chocolate Is Included.
Breakfast is extra.

Both the condo and the cottage sleep 4.
The Condo has a full kitchen with dishwasher, utensils and dishes, also a washer & dryer.

The Cottage has a full kitchenette with utensils and dishes.
All units are air conditioned and heated.
Rates are quoted for 2 persons in the Cottage or Condo


Guests are encouraged to enjoy acres of beautifully landscaped gardens.
